Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the 'Express Security Risk Assessment' service offered by Datatoy to any professional or individual client.
Article 2 — Nature of the service
The service consists of a risk assessment based on the analysis of publicly visible elements of a website.
This service does NOT include penetration testing, active exploitation, or access to internal infrastructure.
Article 4 — Pricing and payment
The service price is €99 excl. VAT (€118.80 incl. VAT). Payment is made at the time of order.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal
By placing an order, the Client expressly agrees that the execution of the service begins immediately and waives the right of withdrawal.
